stamina dropped already...but not as bad as i thought...
haha...i thought i can only run like 2 rounds and stop...
in the end i ran like 4 rounds plus in total without stopping...
then stop awhile and ran another last round...haha...
and all use nose to breath one...
becoz i cant use mouth la...
will like have asthma like that...
managed to recover back fast but the heart pumps so fast and kept sweating...
so smelly...like having sauna...
after i sweat finish then go and bath~
feel like going to run some more... ^^
going to run again tmr night!
so shiok...the feeling of sweating makes me have a sense of achievement!
slimming down fighting! hahaha...
today went toa payoh...
bought goong s dvd...
not that the show is fantastic but still ok la... $10 only~
haha...actually wanted to buy atumn tale but watch like a million times already
and lately dont like to watch tragedy drama...
dont want to cry since im like enjoying my life and smiling everyday...
watched kungfu panda and princess mononoke...haha... not bad...
want to watch inuyasha from ep 1 later~
hahaha..even when mae want to lend me the sorry i love you
i die die also dont want because i had enough of crying too much
only that i have been listening to ballad alot these days
and into english and jap songs...
and sometime korean songs...since nth new and nice these days
goodbye to chinese songs~
my sis still haven come back from chasing lollipop...
